Supply Chain · Operations · Product Launch
Sixteen years at the intersection of procurement, operations, regulatory compliance and commercial execution — from sourcing in Asia for the European market to launching 100+ SKUs a year into regulated markets on three continents. Hands-on, and I finish things.
The work keeps the same shape across industries: find where the operation leaks time, cash or compliance, design the process that stops it, and make the change outlast the person who built it.
Built, not described. Both pages are live, self-hosted, and recompute their numbers on every visit — open one and refresh it. The data is synthetic; the data models and the reasoning are not.

A planning dashboard built on an SAP S/4HANA data model. It reads material master, stock by status, open purchase orders and goods movements, then answers the question a planner actually has on Monday morning: what runs out before the next delivery lands — and is anything already on its way?
The distinction is the point. A material below its reorder point with no open PO needs a purchase order. One with a PO arriving late needs a phone call to the supplier. A dashboard that collapses the two into one red light wastes the planner's morning.

Asset tracking on an SAP Plant Maintenance and Logistics Execution model, for an operator that installs, rents and services projection, sound and lighting equipment across film productions and cinema venues. 640 serialised units, 124 venues, 8 depots, 4 workshops — every unit in exactly one of six states: in use, free, allocated, in transit, in maintenance, broken.
The dashboard exists because the state alone is useless. In transit for three days is normal; for forty the unit is lost and someone is paying for a dark screen. So every state carries a threshold, and the page ranks only what has crossed it, worst first, with the capital those units are holding up. The thresholds are a policy choice, and the page says so.
